NEW SPECIAL EXHIBIT
Neighbours: From Pender to Hastings

Join us for the grand opening of Neighbours: From Pender to Hastings, our new special exhibit celebrating the unique heritage of Hastings Street, its close ties to Chinatown, and the launch of Bob & Michael’s Place, an innovative community housing project at 58 W. Hastings.

Come meet the curators and get a sneak peek of Bob & Michael’s Place, featuring a scale model and video. Admire an important photograph by internationally acclaimed Vancouver artist Stan Douglas, titled Every Building on 100 West Hastings. This monumental piece captures the full southside 100 block of Vancouver’s West Hastings Street through 21 high-resolution photographs, stitched together to form a stunning 16-foot panorama from the year 2001.
